Taiwan Day 5

Good morning~ Time to head to Taipei. This time we used Taiwan railway 台铁. It's slower than High speed railway. Takes around 2 hours if not wrong.

While waiting for the train we went to 7-11 to buy our breakfast and we eat in the train. We wanted to get the railway bento 台铁便当 but we were too early they haven't sell it yet so our only choice was the 7-11.

Here it comes.

Arrived at Taipei Main Station.

Then we had to transfer to Ximending station to where we are going to stay.

Once walked out of Ximending station..Wow..You see the crowd!

There is movie shooting or MV shooting I guess but I don't see any of the ones that I know.

The girl is one of the character I guess. Looking cool~

This time we call the owner of homestay first and he ask us to wait at this popular Ah Zong Mian Xian 阿宗面线.

Then he came to Ah Zong Mian Xian to head us to the homestay which is just at the opposite shop lot. This is our room cost NT$1800 per night. It has washing machine in the room so quite convenient for us to wash our clothes.

After settle our things at the homestay. We went down to grab our lunch.

Trying out the bitter gourd juice. It actually taste nice with honey.

Then we saw this. Many people buying, so should be nice. Then my friend went to order.

Tadaaa~ looks yummy and taste yummy! Recommended! Must eat this stall!

We bought the 蚵阿煎 (o a jian) and 萝卜糕 (luo po gao).

Then we grab this ah zong mian xian too. Taste nice.

And we are ready to go shopping at wu fen pu 五分铺 after filling up our stomach. Is a place like wholesale market. Cheaper clothes can be found here.

For dinner, we just head to the night market nearby, Rao He night market 饶河夜市. Is just like 5 or 10 mins walk from wu fen pu.

This temple is just beside the night market. So if you spot this temple, you are in the right way.

So, inside the night market, they have this popular 胡椒饼 hu jiao bing. We was thinking whether to think but the line is just too long and we are very hungry so we gave up on this and thinking of coming to get when we are going back. However when we are going back, the line is longer! So ya, we are tired to wait so just missed out this.

Moving in, we bough this.

Big squid! taste nice.

Then saw this. Errr..

We bought the Taiwan sausage! It's really much more nicer than the ones sell at Kuching Fest.

 There's a foreigner selling this cake. Is a recipe from his country. I forgot where is it.

 He speak mandarin well but we spoke English with him instead. Haha. He must have miss talking in English as Taiwan most people speak mandarin. Can try this too. It's nice.

 Moving on. Strawberry! I miss this! This is a must eat!

 And this too! 冰糖葫芦 bing tang hu lu. Must buy!

After dinner, we head to Taipei 101. The longest time we spent here is trying to take photo with the tower. Haha. Finding the right spot and the way to take it. And fighting for the photo to post, not me, my friends..Haha..Inside Taipei 101 is all luxurious brand so we just walk one around and walk out.
