Oh nooooo! I'm getting older! Well, one year older one year wiser~ That's what my mum always say. This year I just understand that birthday isn't special at all without our mother. She is the one who suffers the pain and tears when giving birth to us and 9 months of pregnancy carrying a "huge ball" in her tummy. On this day, we should thank her. If is not her we will not be here. So, thank you to all mothers! We love you!
Right, so basically on this day I was fully booked! It's a Saturday and I'm working half day..urghh.. Then had lunch with my colleagues at Cozy Cafe at Jalan Song. It was a new cafe and we didn't know how was the food, the place seem nice so we just went to have a try. As usual, Jalan Song was packed with cars..argghh..I was driving round and round to find a parking slot. Shouldn't I be more lucky? Because it's my birthday..Why do my colleagues found parking spaces first? And once I passed the slot, the car owner just came to their cars and my colleagues drove behind me got the slot.. That feeling was like it's just not my day.. Well, in the end, I got a shaded parking space just beside the cafe..haha..thank god! So quickly ran into the cafe after I parked my car because I know they waited for a while already and they are all hungry already.
Looking into the menu and we just know that they don't have much food to order. Mainly just choices of burger, pasta, pizza and some side dishes. No chicken chop or fish and chips..hmmm..wasn't expecting that.. So, these are what we ordered.
And photo with my colleagues. Glad to have you guys as my colleagues and some ex-collegues.
The food was not too nice and not too bad. Just average for me. Pizza was nice but it's consider small. Each person only gets to eat a small piece. The price range of the food are from RM10-20 if I'm not mistaken. I'm free of charged for the day so I didn't really look at the price. I'm only shocked when they ordered so many food. The photo wasn't all of it. There is one more burger and 2 more pasta. Haha. We got a quite big tummy after eating everything. So full and I wonder how am I going to continue my afternoon tea with my friend. Haha.. Luckily, I had a little time (like 30 mins) to rest before going out again.
Next, afternoon tea at Earthlings Coffee Workshop at CityOne. The place was small and inside was full already so we only managed to sit outside. It was a hot day but luckily there is fan beside me. Wahahaha..See my hair blown by strong wind.. Haha.
This is what we ordered. Two cups of coffee and a tart. The tart is really yummy! Just a bit expensive.
So that's for the afternoon part.
At night, went for dinner at Koreana with family. Didn't take much photo because I just wanna enjoy my dinner. Love the Korean food there. If thinking of eating korean food, it will be my first choice although it's a bit expensive but I think it's nice. Not to forget, it was raining heavily when we are going out to have dinner..urghh..my shoes are all wet. Why is the weather not treating me well? Hmph..
After dinner, went back home and wait for my friend to bring me to another round. This friend is very secretive, don't want to tell me anything, just saw will come pick me up. So, when reach the venue, as expected few other friends come in after we sat down. I'm so happy they come. One said she just finish work and haven't eat who also said she can't celebrate with me because she got work earlier on..try to cheat me hmph..but thanks for coming! And one more was just back from outstation that night. Aww..just landed on the ground and rushed back home to clean herself then rushed to me again. Thank you girls. I knew there was some suspicious about you two but I just don't wanna think too much.
