my 3rd try..
it's a dress..haha..
although a bit cacat but my mum say it can be a design also
cacat become design..cool right?
lol

this is the collar part..
this is how i cut it out from a piece of fabric
draw the shape onto the newspaper and needle it onto the fabric
den cut it out..
it should be cut out a little bit bigger in case there is any mistake made
the fabric is fold into half so it save time for u to cut
because it is balance on the both side..

now, this is the complete one..
i haven't iron it..so it still have the folded line..
haha..
i'm looking forward to try out some more..hehe..
and i just broke a needle few days ago..lol..
hope i don't get pop by the needle and hurt myself
heh..wish me luck..

yippie!! i sewed i shirt today!!
My first very own sew shirt..
this is 85% done..

without the buttons and buttonholes..
so happy..hehe..
nvr realized i could really sew a shirt by my own..
without anyone's help..
it was a success although there is a bit part not so good..
but i've tried..
will sew some more clothes again when i'm free..
can save money! $.$

Setia Sky Residences

last night, i followed my mum to a talk about investing on KL property at Pullman,
it was organised by Maybank.

This is my 1st time been to a talk about property
The property is Setia Sky Residences

Here is a picture of it.
It is a high rise luxury condominium,
located at Jalan Tun Razak, KL
it is just 1.5km from KLCC..
They will have a view of KLCC and KL Tower from their unit just like below.
nice rite?
They have many facilities too..
such as infinity lap pool, Jacuzzi, yoga pavilion, sauna, tea pavilion, entertainment lounge, sky lounge and gymnasium.

It's really nice..
If i have the money i'll sure buy 1 unit there..
A good investment..
The price will definitely rise..
because of the location and transportation..
it's really convenient for business people to stay there..

Retreat

After more than 1 hours drive and finally saw the signboard of Retreat Resort, Lundu
turn into the "rocky" road of the way to Retreat..
why do they not make a proper road for it?
at least let us have a smooth road..
it was so different when we reach inside..
and we were like finally..
the "bumpy" road is over..
haha

很多人的观念还是老土的

说开店才是做生意

现在什么时代了

科技那么发达

很多人都在网络购物了

不用出门就可以购物

想要的东西在几天内就会送上门

而且开店有很大的风险

第一，就是地点

如果地点不好没有顾客你怎么会赚钱

你找了一个很便宜但是不大有人的地方你说能赚钱吗

第二，开店你是不是要有货才能卖

你必须花很多钱来买这些货而他们卖不卖的出还是个问题

开店的花费太多了

开店要想租店费，水费，电费，买货钱，员工薪水，装修费

刚刚开店时就要花最少5千到10千

而每个月最少都要几千

第三，开店是在等顾客来

他们不来你就没生意

第四，员工问题

如果你的店只有两个员工

但一个今天放假，另一个应该去的生病不能去，而你又很忙不能去

那你的店今天是不是就不用开了

不开店你今天就没生意了

还有员工说不来就不来，你能怎么办？

开除他？那你的店谁看？

你还是必须找一个新的来代替他先才能开除他

但是如果你找到一个好的员工那就恭喜你

但是他不会一辈子跟你做因为他也会想要做老板自己开店

为你打工只是暂时的，为了吸取经验而打工

因为他也会知道当老板比当员工收入比较多

想想看吧

不要抱着想开店就开店的想法

因为开店不是那么容易的事

真的很奇怪
有人说梦是预测将来会发生的事
而有人说日有所思夜有所梦
也有人说梦会告诉你的身体状况
梦见什么就代表什么

有些梦一醒来什么都想不起
有些却一直都记得
这又是为什么呢

我在网上搜寻了一下
有很多文章
也有了些解答
不知道是正确的吗
我在这和大家分享
这是两个我做过的梦

1。有时候梦到自己掉牙了。
梦到自己掉牙，其实在深层意思上，代表你的当前所处的关系很紧张，你无法处理好目前的一些事情，处在困境之中。

2。梦中与明星合影。
梦到明星通常是一种愿望的表达。在日常生活中，你可能是一个做人和办事都比较低调的人。明星是你内心的另一个自我，一个被众人关注和尊重的自我。这是很正常的，人有各方面的需求，当你总是显示其中一面给别人的时候，你的另外一面必然要压抑起来，只有在梦中，你的这一面才充分地活跃与调动起来。


梦能帮人解决问题
音乐人、艺术家、建筑师、发明家等创造力丰富的族群似乎也特别容易做梦，经常能从睡梦中得到灵感。
这一点我认同
因为我也是有过这样的经验
做梦后突然间有灵感
并完成我的设计
真的很开心

5th sept

today noon, i went to listen to a talk by Steve Merritt, a person who is the 5th top earners in the world in multi-level marketing field and is the 2nd top earners in MonaVie. He was given a lamborghini and 1 million dollars by MonaVie after reaching the rank of Crowne Black Diamond. He has this success because of hard work. He wants more time to be with his family and wants his wife to stay at home and stop working. Thats the reason he start doing MonaVie, as simple as that.

He is very friendly. We shake hand with him and took photos with him. Got his autograph too. so happy =) never thought that i am be able to talk to a millionaire like him, someone who is earning so much and is happy to spend his money to help others. This is how he can be richer n richer. He say he did not have much friends before joining MonaVie. After he joined, he is making more and more friends. He treats everyone just like his friend.

i have learned a lot today. These are all the things that i wont be able to learn in uni. It is all the experiences from steve and experiences from others that he heard from. Experiences really can beat education. Education is just a process we must take to go into the society but after u enter the society is will be based on your experience. Problem solving mostly comes from experiences. For example, will u be able to calm a customer who is very angry and not satisfied with your service just by using what u have learn from education, the answer is NO. Different people have different style. U will need to know what kind of person is he/her so u can use the correct method to calm her down and give her a satisfaction. This all comes from experiences.

So, i'm glad that i have learned some experiences from my part time job before i'm fully step into the working world and i'll continue to gain some more experience from working on MonaVie.

今天是马来西亚的国庆日
很多地方都有大减价
所以我也不例外 也出去逛街
到哪里都是人潮
公共假期+大减价=塞车

通常假期都是让大家休息的日子
但因为大减价
大家都想买到便宜的价钱
所以都出来了

今天很开心
买了一件很漂亮的连身裙
价钱还蛮便宜的
好开心我终于有裙好穿去派对或晚宴了
超值的

今天也拿了薪水
虽然不是很多但我很开心
因为是我自己赚来的钱
但想到我想买很多东西时
心有点不舍得花这些钱
因为不是很多所以我想存起来
但又想买东西
只好花一些钱去买咯
剩下的存起来
投资在对的地方
赚更多钱来花

我的目标:
明年要用我自己的钱去旅行

因为有了目标
我会更努力去达到
我可以的
加油！

开学了

开学一个星期了
有点不太习惯
想念工作的时候
有个人每次在工作时都会让我笑到肚子痛或没力
她真的太好笑也很可爱
她超喜欢海绵宝宝
每次只要看到海绵宝宝都会想到她
她虽然才15岁
差我5岁
但是我们很多话讲
心情不好时想到她我都会笑
有她在店我就不会闷
她也常说她想我因为我不在她没人好作弄
我不在她不能弄人笑
真是个好可爱的妹妹

有时我会想如果我有个像她这样的妹妹就好了
但我没有 只有弟弟和哥哥
在家都没人陪我玩
小时候都玩哥哥们玩的东西
我不玩巴比娃娃
但我的个性不会像男人婆
还蛮女生的
我也不知道为什么
可能是有学跳舞的关系吧
在学校我的女生朋友也比较多

人真的很特别
每个人的个性都不同
面对不同的人就要用不同的方法
这是每个人要作的功课
学校不会教
只有亲身体会才会知道
这一点我也是在学习的

今天就到这吧^^

突然想写

今天我没做工因为是off day
明天有做
后天就开学了
我的心情不知是开心还是烦恼
还没开学都一直希望快点开学
现在要开学了反而觉得怎么那么快
开学了就会很忙
这个学期有五个科目
也是我的最后一个学期在diploma
明年就会上degree了
真的好快哦

时间不会为我们停下
每一分每一秒一下子就过去了
所以我们要珍惜所拥有的时间
尽量创造很多美好的回忆

我没后悔我现在所做的一切
我相信monavie会给我美好的未来
现在努力以后早点享受
对于那些不珍惜这个机会的人
